How long did everyone know about the plans for a nuclear plant in the Poconos?

I've been trying to warn people that between these NDAs the politicians are signing and the fact that reporters rarely mention data centers are power plants or have power plants on site, so that people don’t know until they’re already built, and people find out when the pollution gets really bad in their neighborhoods.
We need to know: What these government officials knew and when did they know it?
Are there nuclear reactors already being installed across the country at data centers? How would we know?
Everybody better be asking if your local politicians signed Nondisclosure Agreements to hide plans for nuclear power plants in your neighborhood for the sole use for tech companies. Because that’s a thing. People have been really angry about the big taxpayer giveaway for the restart of Three Mile Island, and all along they’ve been planning a nuclear plant in the Poconos as well. Where else? Anywhere they’re eyeing for the network state probably. Those people with their network state plans want essentially independent company towns they can rule without regulations on things like nuclear. And no, these big data centers are not needed to run the internet, this is for the benefit of crypto and AI investors.
